Fashion Designer – Bridal & Couture (Dubai)

About the role

Ajeena Fashion LLC is seeking a full‑lifecycle Fashion Designer to lead the creation of bespoke bridal, reception and evening gowns in its Dubai atelier. You will own each garment from concept through production, fittings and final client delivery, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client consultations and translate briefs into detailed design sketches.
• Select fabrics, embellishments and embroidery styles (chiffon, tulle, satin, organza).
• Coordinate closely with tailors and embroidery specialists throughout production.
• Conduct all three customer fittings, manage alterations and perform quality checks at every production milestone.
• Manage multiple concurrent orders against firm delivery timelines.
• Provide personalised styling guidance to high‑end clients.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in bridal or couture fashion (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience in garment construction, pattern reading, fittings and alterations.
• Strong command of luxury fabrics and surface embellishments.
• Proven ability to lead a tailoring team.
• Professional client‑handling skills in a luxury retail environment.
• Experience in the Dubai/GCC market preferred; Arabic or modest‑fashion exposure a plus.
• Formal fashion design qualification preferred but not mandatory.
