F&B Content Producer

About the role

The F&B Content Producer will create engaging photo, video and written content that showcases the culinary experiences across Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi’s restaurants, bars and events. Working closely with the F&B team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role ensures brand consistency while delivering compelling storytelling for social media and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality photo, video and written assets for all F&B outlets, events and culinary experiences.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external shoots, maintaining visual consistency with brand standards.
• Write engaging captions, posts, newsletters and promotional materials for food‑focused audiences.
• Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers and F&B staff to capture authentic experiences.
• Manage F&B‑focused social media content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to queries professionally and grow the online community.
• Track and report performance metrics, providing insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Liaise with external photographers, videographers and creative partners as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably within F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong storytelling ability and a passion for food.
• Highly organized, flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience using Canva, Lightroom and other editing tools.
• Videography and photography skills.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
