F&B Outlet Manager – Wynn Oasis Dining

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to lead the Wynn Oasis Dining service team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality meals, efficient service, and a welcoming environment that reflects Wynn’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise outlet supervisors, wait staff, attendants and support personnel, ensuring grooming and etiquette standards.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift briefings, organise training sessions and collaborate with F&B trainers.
• Plan and oversee food presentation, cleanliness, inventory control and staff deployment across buffet, casual dining, coffee shops and themed outlets.
• Support new menu launches, seasonal offerings and promotional events with culinary leadership.
• Manage departmental budgets, labour scheduling, cost controls and performance forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies, UAE health regulations, HACCP standards and food hygiene protocols.
• Perform regular audits of dining areas and kitchens, and lead incident response to minimise operational disruption.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in food‑and‑beverage outlet management.
• Strong leadership and multicultural communication skills.
• Ability to address staff dining preferences and resolve employee concerns promptly.
• Proven track record in budget management, cost control and staff scheduling.
