F&B & Retail Implementation Coordinator (Pre-opening)

About the role

DEPIX Business Studies is seeking a proactive F&B & Retail Implementation Coordinator to lead pre‑opening activities for new food‑service and retail concepts in Sharjah. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every outlet is ready to launch on schedule, meeting brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage timelines, checklists, and readiness plans for each pre‑opening project.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to secure equipment, furnishings, and inventory.
• Oversee the setup of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Support menu roll‑out, staff onboarding, and training logistics.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and project teams to align launch activities with brand positioning.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of food service and beverage operations, preferably with hands‑on experience in F&B or retail environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities for liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
• Organizational and project coordination skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of basic health, safety, and hygiene standards in food and retail settings.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
