F&B Service Ambassador – True Slice (VAJ)

About the role
The position is focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests of True Slice within Emaar’s hospitality portfolio. As a brand ambassador, you will guide guests through every step of their visit, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience from welcome to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to brand standards and procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs, go the extra mile, and proactively resolve any issues to prevent complaints.
- Execute service recovery actions when necessary to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language is an asset.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
