F&B Service Assistant – Brasserie (All Day Dining)

About the role

The F&B Service Assistant will be the face of the Brasserie, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests throughout the day. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service, high standards of cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy and inviting dining environment.
• Take guest orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary information.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Clean and restock service areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a commitment to safety and quality.
