About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Barista) creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Sheraton The Walk Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
