F&B Service Expert – Bussola

About the role

Join the Westin Bussola team in Dubai as a Food & Beverage Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences that go beyond simply serving meals. You will work closely with guests and kitchen staff to ensure every interaction adds value to their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables and dining areas for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
• Read and verify menu information to assist guests accurately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift ≤ 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance), reach overhead and below the knees, and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Commitment to safety, adherence to company policies, and professional appearance and communication.
