F&B Service Expert – Hostess (Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic F&B Service Expert – Hostess to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering attentive service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and present menus.
• Set and clear tables, ensure proper arrangement of cutlery, glassware and linens.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations and service equipment.
• Assist with stocking supplies and replenishing service stations.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage or hospitality service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage service procedures.
• Strong communication and guest‑interaction abilities.
