About the role
The F&B Service Expert for In‑Room Dining delivers memorable food and beverage experiences to guests at The Ritz‑Carlton, Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving meals directly to guest rooms while maintaining high service standards and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and present in‑room dining trays, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Interact with guests, respond to special requests, and maintain clean and organized service areas.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards throughout each shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
