About the role
The Guest Service Expert in the lounge bar creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setup to final service while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, ensure their needs are met, and maintain a clean work area.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Read and verify menu information, and follow company policies, quality standards, and uniform guidelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
