F&B Service Expert - Room Service

About the role

The Guest Service Expert for Room Service at St. Regis in Abu Dhabi delivers memorable food and beverage experiences directly to guests’ rooms. This role combines attentive service, coordination with the kitchen, and meticulous upkeep of service areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables and trays for in‑room dining, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Communicate guest orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Interact with guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a courteous manner.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Manage menu information, read and verify orders, and handle payment transactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
