F&B Service Expert (Server) – Lobby Lounge

About the role

The F&B Service Expert in the Lobby Lounge creates memorable dining experiences for guests, combining attentive service with a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for all aspects of table service, from setting the scene to delivering food and beverages, while upholding the high standards of The Ritz‑Carlton.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables for guests in the Lobby Lounge.
• Communicate orders and special requests with kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and present bills.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure a safe environment.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Read and visually verify menu information to ensure accurate service.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Move across sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces while on foot.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
