F&B Service Expert – Yalumba

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences, not just serving food and drinks. At Le Meridien’s Yalumba venue, you will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and maintain a clean work environment. You will work closely with the front‑of‑house team to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and readiness for service.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform and appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), and navigating uneven surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
