About the role
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational tasks in food and beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Welcome guests, attend to their needs throughout the visit, and ensure a flawless dining experience from arrival to farewell.
- Go the extra mile to anticipate guest needs, prevent complaints, and execute effective service recovery when required.
- Communicate proactively with fellow team members, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
