About the role

Join Emaar’s Origins restaurant as an F&B Supervisor, where you will lead a team to deliver flawless dining experiences in a high‑energy, guest‑focused environment. You will be the brand ambassador throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all operational tasks in F&B service, ensuring compliance with brand standards and procedures.
Coach, train, and provide on‑the‑job feedback to team members, fostering continuous improvement.
Analyze service operations, allocate resources efficiently, and conduct shift huddles for seamless communication.
Proactively manage guest complaints and execute service recovery when needed.
Collaborate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 2 years in a supervisory F&B role within a 5‑star environment.
High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
