About the role
Join the Ritz-Carlton team in Dubai as a Guest Service Support Expert, providing host and hostess duties for an upscale Italian restaurant. You will help create memorable dining experiences by ensuring smooth food‑and‑beverage operations and delivering attentive guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish service stations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floor and equipment.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Read and verify menu information accurately.
- Uphold safety protocols, uniform standards, and professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage exposure is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
