F&B Team Leader – Luxury Golf Club

About the role

We are seeking a passionate F&B Team Leader to join the Food & Beverage team at Discovery Dunes Golf Club, a luxury private golf community in Dubai. In this hands‑on role you will lead daily floor operations, ensure seamless service between kitchen, bar and front‑of‑house, and deliver memorable experiences for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations across dining venues and on‑course hospitality outlets.
• Coordinate communication between service, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Deliver personalized, attentive service that meets the club’s high standards.
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
• Monitor service quality, order accuracy and member satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Assist with inventory control, stock management and operational readiness.
• Maintain presentation standards across all venues and foster a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury restaurant, resort, hotel, golf club or private members’ club.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
