About the role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable female assistant to support the daily operations of a small coffee shop in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is ideal for a fresher who enjoys interacting with customers and maintaining a clean environment.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the coffee shop tidy and well‑organized throughout the shift.
- Deliver orders to customers’ vehicles and accurately read car plate numbers.
- Greet guests with a smile, answer basic queries and provide courteous service.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning tables, and supporting the barista when needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in English, both spoken and understood.
- Positive, respectful, presentable and comfortable dealing directly with customers.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work six days a week (Tuesday off).
- Previous customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Basic English communication.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of AED 500.
- Stable part‑time schedule from 3 PM to 12 AM.
