Female Personal Trainer

About the role

As a Female Personal Trainer at MyPT GYM MMA in Abu Dhabi, you will guide members to reach their fitness objectives through tailored strength and functional training programs. You will work onsite, delivering both one‑on‑one and group sessions while fostering a supportive gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized training programs based on individual client goals.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group training sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety and motivation.
• Assess, track and adjust client progress regularly.
• Deliver energetic sessions that keep clients engaged and committed.
• Promote a positive gym culture and uphold professional standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage scheduling efficiently.

Required profile

• Female candidate.
• REPS UAE certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in strength and functional training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate clients and work flexibly according to client needs.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently or within a team.
