About the role

The Female Travelling Butler / Lifestyle Manager provides discreet, highly personalised service to a female Principal in the UAE and abroad. The role blends professional butler duties, personal assistance, and lifestyle management to ensure seamless daily life, travel, wardrobe, and social engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive personal service at the residence, yacht, hotels, and private settings, managing wardrobe, packing, and personal space preparation.
• Accompany the Principal on international and domestic travel, coordinating private jet, commercial flights, transfers, accommodations, visas, itineraries, and security.
• Manage the Principal’s diary, appointments, reservations, luxury shopping, gifting, and relationships with high‑end service providers.
• Liaise with household staff, yacht crew, and security teams to align preferences and support private events.
• Handle personal expenses, inventories, correspondence, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a personal butler, lady’s maid, lifestyle manager, private PA or VIP assistant in a UHNW, royal, hotel, or superyacht environment.
• Proven ability to travel internationally with a high‑profile principal and manage luxury wardrobe and jewellery.
• Excellent spoken and written English, valid passport, clean background check, and ability to obtain a UAE driving licence.
