Field Application Specialist – CDG

About the role

The Field Application Specialist – CDG will support Bio‑Rad’s Clinical Diagnostics portfolio in the Dubai region, delivering technical expertise, application support and training to customers across quality control and informatics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure short‑ and long‑term sales results for quality control products and informatics solutions.
• Conduct field sales activities such as meetings, demonstrations, seminars, webinars and training sessions.
• Provide application support for installed instruments in collaboration with technical support, service and sales teams.
• Plan, execute and follow up sales activities targeting high‑value customers and key market segments.
• Engage with key opinion leaders and decision makers at strategic customer accounts.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the technology and share insights with the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities across the full product portfolio.

Required profile

• Academic degree (e.g., bachelor’s in medical laboratory sciences) or related scientific discipline.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; capable of working independently and within a team.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven sales experience or laboratory experience; experience presenting at seminars or workshops is a plus.
