Field Logistic Representative

About the role

The Field Logistic Representative will support the RAFALE program in the United Arab Emirates, acting as the primary logistics interface between the customer, local stakeholders and Thales support teams. The role ensures equipment delivery, acceptance, inventory management, transportation and repair flows are executed efficiently and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, delivery and acceptance of customer equipment, including management of Delivery and Acceptance Certificates.
• Record all logistics transactions accurately in Thales logistics information systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, equipment consumption and stock availability to support operational readiness.
• Identify potential shortages and proactively report associated risks.
• Manage repair, overhaul and warranty return logistics, preparing shipments and handling administrative activities.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation in line with import/export regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate transportation activities with freight forwarders, customs authorities and local stakeholders.
• Provide regular operational and inventory reports and support customers by resolving logistics‑related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics execution and ensure compliance with export control and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or industrial support.
• Proven experience in international transportation, import/export and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and equipment handling.
• Ability to work with customs authorities and freight forwarders.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
