Field Sales – Business Development & Account Executive

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are leading online platforms in the UAE, connecting millions of users. We are seeking an Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales to work directly with used‑car dealers, understand their needs, upsell services and drive mutual revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of dealer partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
• Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car‑evaluation services to existing partners.
• Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners.
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles.
• Monitor partner performance, spot trends and take proactive steps to optimise outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and train them on platform usage.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product and support teams to deliver a smooth partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and experience using CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build B2B relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven mindset with comfort in a target‑oriented role.
