Field Sales Executive

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand its market presence across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets while representing the company’s commitment to quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present, promote and sell a diverse range of products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role, preferably in trading or distribution within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a proactive approach.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
