Field Sales Executive

About the role

Mamo is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to bring its products directly to businesses across the UAE. You will meet merchants face‑to‑face, demonstrate solutions, close deals and provide on‑ground feedback to shape the product and sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and sign up new businesses, demo Mamo on the spot and convert conversations into live accounts.
• Map territories, prospect door‑to‑door and through local networks, keeping a full calendar of meetings.
• Track conversion data, drop ineffective approaches and share weekly learnings.
• Support merchant verification, risk investigations and on‑site checks, documenting findings with photos and reports.
• Log all activities in the CRM and relay objections, competitor offers and merchant requests to sales, product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of field sales experience in the UAE, preferably selling to SMBs in payments, fintech, telecom or B2B software.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets with measurable results.
• Resilient to rejection, self‑motivated and able to plan routes and follow‑up without being chased.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or similar languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.

• Comfort using AI tools for meeting preparation and follow‑up.
