Field Sales Representative

About the role

This role focuses on the direct sales and promotion of VAPORESSO/DOJO products within the FMCG retail market in Cairo. The successful candidate will actively develop sales across convenience stores, vape shops and tobacco retailers, driving product distribution, adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑person visits to retail stores, convenience stores, vape shops and tobacco outlets, presenting and selling VAPORESSO/DOJO products.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with store owners and key decision‑makers, identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies and consumer preferences, providing timely market insights to headquarters.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space and implement product displays to strengthen brand visibility.
• Participate in in‑store promotions, roadshows, marketing campaigns and relevant industry events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Proven direct sales experience in FMCG, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and sufficiently proficient in English for business communication.
• Valid Egyptian driving licence and access to a personal motorcycle or car for field visits.
