Field Trainer – Retail Training & Coaching

About the role

The Field Trainer will support the implementation of the national training strategy, delivering engaging training sessions and one‑on‑one coaching for Sales Ambassadors and store managers. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role ensures that all retail staff receive the necessary development to improve selling skills, KPI performance and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver group and individual training sessions covering product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
• Coach Sales Ambassadors and store managers through one‑on‑one sessions and on‑the‑job support.
• Collaborate with the Senior Retail Trainer to design and schedule regular training plans.
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses and create targeted programs.
• Work with Line Managers, Senior Manager, CRM and Client Development Manager to maintain a training calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Lead in‑store initiatives related to Mystery Shopping and report on training effectiveness.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date curriculum database and training records.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering retail training and coaching.
• Strong understanding of selling skills, KPI improvement and customer service standards.
• Ability to work closely with managers and senior trainers to align training with business goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
