Finance & Admin Executive

About the role

Egitera Trading LLC is looking for a Finance & Admin Executive to support its financial operations and administrative functions in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with internal policies, and smooth day‑to‑day office processes.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage accounts payable/receivable and monitor expenses.
• Assist with month‑end closing, financial reporting and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and sales invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams for procurement and delivery.
• Maintain organized filing systems, contracts and compliance records.
• Support HR tasks such as onboarding, leave tracking and personnel documentation.
• Provide general office support to management and ensure smooth communication flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience in finance and administrative roles, preferably in trading or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) are a plus.

• Proficiency with accounting software.
