Finance Analyst – FMCG (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join a leading FMCG company in Dubai. The role supports the finance department through rigorous analysis, budgeting, and reporting, helping drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis of revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate and present financial reports to management.
• Analyze product costs, pricing strategies, and profitability.
• Execute ad‑hoc analyses and support special projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
