Finance Business Partner – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

The Finance Business Partner supports the strategic financial initiatives of the Global Aftersales division, managing planning, budgeting and reforecasting while providing actionable insights to improve performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational heads to drive business performance and profit maximisation.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis activities.
• Conduct variance analysis, feasibility studies and recommend improvements.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, track performance and present insights.
• Prepare and review monthly management and board reports, and maintain reporting cycles.
• Collaborate on month‑end closing and develop reporting road‑maps and SOPs.

Required profile

• Business degree (mandatory).
• 3‑5 years experience in automotive after‑sales, preferably with an OE supplier or major OES vendor.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder management at senior level.
• Target‑oriented with a desire to exceed challenging goals.

Required skills

• Strong financial and business acumen, especially in the automotive sector.
• Advanced data analysis and interpretation with focus on P&L.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
