Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager

About the role

OneBullEx is scaling its global crypto trading platform and needs a hands‑on Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager fluent in Mandarin. You will own exchange fund accounting, streamline reconciliation systems and build internal controls across multi‑entity, multi‑currency operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting for multiple legal entities, covering fiat and cryptocurrency accounts, and lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow reports, perform variance analysis and produce operational insights for risk and compliance teams.
• Act as the bridge between Finance, Product and Engineering, translating trading products into accounting logic and configuring automated reconciliation engines.
• Monitor and reconcile hot/cold wallets, bank accounts and internal token ledgers daily, using block explorers for on‑chain verification.
• Establish and enforce internal controls, security protocols and treasury governance across all departments.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of core accounting/finance experience in a crypto exchange or Web3 environment.
• Deep familiarity with on‑chain data and block explorers (Etherscan, Tronscan, Solscan, etc.).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with modern ERP/financial software.
• Multi‑currency treasury management and consolidated reporting.
• Technical ability to translate crypto trading products (spot, futures, staking, earn) into functional specifications.
