Finance Business Partner – Quick Commerce

About the role

Amazon is seeking a senior finance professional to partner with the Amazon Now business team, driving financial performance for its fast‑growing Quick Commerce operations in the region. You will lead finance initiatives, planning processes and metrics while ensuring strong controls and a focus on customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner for quick commerce, leading planning and performance reviews across programs.
• Create and maintain financial models to support growth and profitability targets.
• Hold teams accountable for KPIs and deliver insightful analysis to influence decisions.
• Represent Finance in MBRs and QBRs, providing narrative performance reports.
• Analyze initiatives, document learnings, and build tools, dashboards and processes to improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4+ years of finance or analytical experience with KPI‑driven analysis.
• Proven ability to design and implement financial controls and audits.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving results in a fast‑paced environment.
