Finance Executive Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive Administrator to support our finance and accounting functions at JW Marriott in Dubai. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with period‑end closing activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organise, secure, and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, access and analyse computerized financial information.
• Classify, code and summarise numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers or computers.
• Prepare, maintain, audit and distribute financial, accounting, auditing or payroll reports.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and related reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements.
• Follow‑up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and act as a role model for the team.
• Report accidents or injuries promptly and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and handle documentation accurately.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related finance or accounting experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on site in Dubai.
