Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join a leading organization in the UAE. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in reporting and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare financial and management reports with supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments and receivables.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance, prepare VAT returns and maintain related documentation.
• Coordinate audit requirements and liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, procurement and other departments on finance‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
