Finance Executive

About the role

The Assistant Finance Manager supports financial planning, analysis and decision‑making for Al Futtaim's Financial Services division, covering rental, leasing and subscription businesses. The role partners with operations to drive revenue, optimise costs and improve overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operation management to drive revenue, margin and cost‑saving initiatives across rental, leasing and subscription businesses.
• Coordinate quarterly forecasts, cash‑flow planning and prepare monthly reporting packs and presentation decks for business review meetings.
• Manage profit‑center and cost‑center reporting, conduct variance analysis and support commercial KPI dashboards.
• Develop and enhance internal process controls, automate reporting using AI, BI and SAP tools, and represent finance in system testing cycles.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance or a related field.
• Professional finance certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a financial business partner or FP&A professional in large multinational corporations, preferably in leasing, rental or automotive financial services.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP.
• Experience with AI tools for automation.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
