Finance Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the Group's financial operations, reporting, planning, compliance, treasury and control functions across multiple business sectors, including real‑estate development, contracting, investment and property activities. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the role ensures accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls and effective cash‑flow management while supporting strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations and Group accounting policies.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long‑term financial projections, providing variance analysis.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working‑capital requirements and banking relationships.
• Oversee real‑estate project feasibility, cash‑flow monitoring, budgeting, profitability analysis and development financing.
• Coordinate external audits, statutory reporting, UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance.
• Develop and strengthen internal control frameworks, authority matrices and financial procedures.
• Lead ERP enhancement, automation initiatives and finance process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
