Finance Manager – Business Unit

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a Business Unit within Chalhoub Group’s Max Mara brand. The role involves analysing risks, supporting budgeting, forecasting and providing financial insight to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support operations in preparing P&L projects and analysing the financial viability of new investments.
• Organise internal and external reporting and act as an internal consultant to the Managing Director, Business Unit Managers and Group Finance Manager.
• Evaluate business proposals with comprehensive economic impact analysis.
• Produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions to inform decision‑making.
• Assist in developing the 3‑year financial strategic plan.
• Review purchase cycles, cash flow and stock positions, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare variance analysis and recommendations on monthly financial figures compared to budget.

Required profile

• Ability to lead the finance function of a defined Business Unit.
• Capability to analyse risks and guide business decisions.
• Experience in preparing P&L projects and budgeting.
