Finance Manager Corporate

About the role

The Finance Manager Corporate will support the Director of Finance in analysing business performance, monitoring key metrics and partnering with business units across the organisation. The role involves participation in annual business planning, working capital oversight and risk management within a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director Finance in monitoring performance through analysis of business metrics and partnering with BU teams.
• Participate actively in the development and execution of Annual Business Plans for assigned business units.
• Develop and track forward‑looking business intelligence and key performance indicators.
• Ensure financial discipline, working‑capital management and capital‑expenditure monitoring.
• Enforce strict credit control and manage foreign‑currency, interest and counter‑party risks.
• Assist in devising risk‑management strategies and support corporate initiatives such as acquisitions, restructurings and disinvestments.
• Review and improve existing systems, workflows, procedures, policies and controls.
• Monitor compliance with IFFCO policies and relevant corporate, tax and labour regulations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant with 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
• MBA with a finance specialization is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, business analysis, planning, forecasting and costing.
• Operational exposure to business partnering and strategic decision‑making.
• Hands‑on experience with major ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Highly analytical, commercially oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management.
