Finance Manager (Events Industry) – Arabic Speaker – 16-18K

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the Finance Department for an events‑industry company, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting and cash‑flow management. The role provides financial leadership to senior management and supports strategic investment decisions while ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial risk across the business.
• Partner with senior leadership and ownership on strategic and investment decisions.
• Ensure full compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, external auditors and other financial institutions.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Chief Accountant, Accounts Payable and Procurement functions.
• Drive process‑improvement, cost‑optimization and financial‑control initiatives.
• Present financial performance, risks and recommendations to leadership and ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required); Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as MBA, CA, ACCA, CFA or CMA are preferred.
• 6‑8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
