Finance Manager - Interior Fit-Out

About the role

A leading interior fit-out company, known for high-quality, innovative design solutions, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager in Dubai. The Finance Manager oversees the company's financial operations, ensures accurate financial reporting and provides strategic financial guidance to support growth and sustainability. A strong background in financial management within contracting, civil construction or interior fit-out is required.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise profitability and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and keep accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for senior management
• Manage FP&A activities, including variance analysis and financial modelling
• Collaborate with project managers on project budgets, costs and financial performance
• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead and mentor the finance team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management within contracting, civil construction or interior fit-out
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and results orientation
