Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Sharjah. The role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, providing strategic support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual financial closing and prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals and provisions in line with IFRS.
• Prepare the annual budget, financial forecasts and monitor actual results against budget, analysing variances.
• Produce weekly and monthly cash‑flow forecasts, monitor bank balances, collections, payments and funding requirements.
• Oversee receivables, credit limits and overdue invoices; coordinate with sales and collection teams.
• Review supplier invoices, manage payment schedules and ensure proper authorization.
• Control inventory valuation, landed cost, product costing and participate in stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations and submit tax returns on time.
• Coordinate external audits, maintain complete financial documentation and audit trails.
• Develop and maintain finance policies, internal controls and ERP access rights.
• Provide profitability, pricing, cost and margin analysis to support management decisions.
• Lead, train and supervise the finance team, ensuring reporting and payment deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, budgeting and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory costing and manufacturing or trading operations.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability and leadership qualities.
