Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the complete finance function for a leading manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah, supporting strategic decision‑making and driving financial performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A.
• Manage treasury, manufacturing finance, compliance and internal controls.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Lead a finance team and foster strong relationships with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA or ACCA (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role.
• Strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
