Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead end‑to‑end finance and accounting operations for TASC Outsourcing, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong internal controls and accurate reporting. The role supports strategic decision‑making through budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and ERP optimisation, while managing a finance team located in the UAE and India.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, financial statements, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations, tax requirements and internal control standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare, analyse and present MIS reports, dashboards and financial insights to senior management.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain, optimise and enhance ERP systems to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and external consultants for audits, reviews and statutory filings.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity to support operational needs.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting, financial and compliance matters.
• Develop, implement and monitor financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team across UAE and India.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, cost optimisation and efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in a finance manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in UAE or Free Zone environments (e.g., JAFZA) is an advantage.
• Strong exposure to audits, ERP systems and financial reporting.
