Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial infrastructure of a fast‑growing international payments business. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational responsibilities, ensuring strong visibility and control over cash, profitability and overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fiat liquidity across multiple banks, payment partners and currencies, including short‑ and medium‑term cash forecasting.
• Manage digital‑asset treasury activities such as wallet balances, exchange liquidity and stable‑coin operations across supported chains.
• Monitor FX exposure, currency holdings and liquidity risks, providing clear reporting to senior management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in close collaboration with sales, account management and other functions.
• Analyse revenue, costs and margins to produce profitability reports and commercial insights.
• Support pricing model development, business cases and financial input for new products, markets and partnerships.
• Partner with technology and product teams to automate reconciliation, reporting, forecasting and financial controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, preferably within payments, fintech, treasury or digital‑asset environments.
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cash forecasting, FX management and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and external financial partners.
