Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager acts as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting and compliance. This role drives financial performance, safeguards assets and supports business growth through robust planning and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range financial plans and cash‑flow management across all business units and properties.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Establish and oversee financial KPIs, profitability analysis and performance measurement frameworks for assets, tenants and service lines.
• Drive monthly business performance reviews and support operational leaders in achieving financial and commercial objectives.
• Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, risk‑management processes and audit readiness.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimisation, process automation, digitalisation and system integration projects.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, treasury operations and statutory reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
