Finance Manager – Middle East (17 BU, 9 Countries)

About the role

As Finance Manager for the Middle East region, you will lead the finance function across a highly diverse business environment that includes 17 business units in nine countries and three distinct business lines. You will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insights that drive profitability, cash‑flow optimisation and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting and tax compliance for multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions.
• Manage a geographically dispersed finance and accounting team of 10‑12 professionals.
• Support business transformation initiatives and the implementation of digital tools such as ERP, Salesforce, Power Query and Power BI.
• Coordinate contract management, payment terms, guarantees, joint ventures and collections.
• Deliver performance analysis and business insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 15 years of finance and accounting management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural finance teams across several countries.
• Strong analytical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
