Finance Manager – Middle East Region

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function for the Middle East region, overseeing 17 business units across nine countries and three distinct business lines. You will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insights that drive profitability, cash‑flow optimisation and risk management in a complex construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight for 17 business units, ensuring compliance with local tax, banking and audit requirements.
• Manage a multicultural finance and accounting team of 10‑12 professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate multi‑entity, multi‑currency reporting and consolidation in line with group standards.
• Support business transformation initiatives, including ERP, Salesforce, Power Query and Power BI implementation.
• Deliver performance analysis, contract management, cash‑flow forecasting and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 15 years of finance and accounting management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural finance teams and manage complex project accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and group reporting standards.
