Finance Manager - RBWM Products

About the role

The Retail Business Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager to support Retail Banking products. You will partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver financial insights, governance, and performance analysis that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Banking product teams to provide financial analysis, performance insights, and management information.
• Monitor product profitability, revenue, costs, margins, NIM, and FTP impacts, offering recommendations for business decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and medium‑term financial planning activities for Retail Banking products.
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting, and respond to management and business queries.
• Drive financial governance, investment evaluations, business case reviews, and cost management across product lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in Banking Finance, Business Finance, or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior management.
