Finance Manager - Retail Network (GCC)

About the role

Sacoor Brothers, a premium fashion brand founded in Lisbon in 1989 with more than 140 stores across the Middle East, Europe and Asia, is expanding and is looking for an experienced Finance Manager. The role oversees financial operations, reporting and controls for the retail network across the GCC and is hands-on, working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own treasury and cash flow day to day
• Lead budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Keep strong internal controls in place
• Ensure VAT, corporate tax and IFRS compliance across markets
• Work with auditors and support the yearly audit
• Improve finance processes and give senior leadership clear financial insights
• Use AI and modern finance tools to make reporting more accurate and faster

Required profile

• 8+ years in finance, including at least 3 years in a manager or senior role
• Started in audit at a Big 4 or similar firm, then moved into cost control, FP&A or budgeting and forecasting
• CA, CPA or ACCA qualified
• Retail or multi-country experience in the GCC is a plus
• Strong technical accounting and compliance skills
• Good personality, emotional intelligence and maturity

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• ERP experience (e.g. SAP or Oracle) is a plus
